Ever since our fist meeting when we toured several houses, she has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my husband could get information on any property we liked right away. We didn't live in the area we were buying and each time we were interested in a house, Kalison would go and see it in person within 24 hours or less and sent us videos and photos, which was super convenient. Ultimately, it was thanks to Kalison's persistence and communication skills that we were able to prevail over 7 other offers on the house that ended up being ours. She knew what I was looking for. After we saw the house that I purchased, she knew that it was the one! I was new to the area and she had videos of the area, gave me ideas of where I could go. She loves her job and you can tell! I absolutely recommend her if you are looking for an agent.

On March 2, 2023 I decided to purchase a home 1300 miles away from my farm, a young Woman by the name of Kalison Nix answered my request for assistance.
I had no clue what I was doing, or what to expect on this adventure, I had to close in 30 days. Ms. Nix took charge of the situation and led me through the pitfalls of purchasing a home in Florida. We met Kalison via a Zillow search for properties, & from the first call, she was very knowledgeable, friendly, & quickly searching for properties that met our criteria.
We live out of town, but she arranged for us to see properties upon our visit to FL and was spot on with properties that she showed us. Upon our deciding to make an offer, she offered excellent advice on a bidding strategy that enabled us to win out on the property against three other bidders.
